To make the return you have three options:

1. With our transport company. We send you the label for the change that you must stick on the outside of the package and the instructions to do it with our transport company. Cost: FREE
2. That you use your own transport company to make the shipment. cost: free
3. Changes in store. Cost: free.

If, once you have received the product, you want to return it, write us an email at triana@trianabyc.com with the following information a) order number, b) email and c) specify that you want to make a return.

We will send you an email confirming the return of the product.

The return period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
