In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost on their part.
The delivery times given for unavailable products are always approximate and in no case imply any commitment on our part.

TRIANA BY C sends the orders to its customers through the collaborating transport agency. The delivery times indicated on the website are always approximate and in no case imply any commitment on our part. Likewise, this period is valid for orders placed before 12 noon.
The cost of shipments and returns will be calculated automatically on the website just before finalizing the purchase, being able to consult the different means and amounts before the final confirmation of the purchase.
Orders placed after Friday afternoon will not be dispatched until Monday.
Orders can be canceled at no cost until the moment the shipment becomes effective. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package is shipped, it will be considered a return.
The Client will have a maximum period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery of the product to cancel, totally or partially, the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
In accordance with article 102.b) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Clients and other complementary laws, not being applicable the supply of goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:
1) The Client must contact TRIANA BY C. by email, within the period indicated above.
2) The product must be unused, in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
3) The return to TRIANA BY C. It must be done using the same protective box used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
4) The completed card must be included indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.

Return of defective products
Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to him, the Customer shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the defective products or of the products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed by the Customer. Alternatively to the foregoing, the Customer shall have the right to claim, and to be delivered, an equal product, in perfect condition, whenever it is available.
In the cases of return to TRIANA BY C. of defective products or that do not correspond to your order, TRIANA BY C. will assume the costs of shipping and return of defective products as well as shipping management. The Client should only contact by email or by phone, within the period indicated above.
Return of the price of the products to the Customer
Provided that the Client has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, TRIANA BY C. will refund the price paid by the Client corresponding to the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the Client’s right of withdrawal, TRIANA BY C. will not pay the cost of shipping the product or bear the return costs.
In case of reimbursement for a defective product or one different from the one requested by the Client, TRIANA BY C. will bear the cost of shipping and returning the product.
The Client will not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met. In this case, the Client will manage the collection of the product with the transport agency of his choice, assuming the expenses.
Partial returns of an order will give rise to the refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.
TRIANA BY C. will manage the price return order through the same payment system used by the Client to purchase the products, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the collection of the returned order and once TRIANA BY C. has verified that the products to be returned meet the requirements established in the previous sections.
In accordance with our guarantee of security and confidentiality at TRIANA BY C We are especially interested in offering our clients the highest level of security and protecting the confidentiality of the data they provide us.
The purpose of the file is the commercial management of our clients. Your data will be used exclusively to process orders and issue invoices.
